Dewolfe of Greater Boston Commercial Properties handles 10,340 s/f lease
Northborough, MA Tyler Dewolfe, senior associate at Greater Boston Commercial Properties, Inc. represented the landlord, Allison Adam Corp., in leasing 10,340 s/f of office space to Root & Sprout at 107 Otis St.
Root & Sprout now occupies a combined 10,340 s/f on the first and second floor.
The building, totaling 21,000 s/f, is located near Rte. 9 and is now 100% leased to three tenants.
