Development Association completes 20,000 s/f biotech facility

Development Associates has completed construction of a 20,000 s/f biotech facility for Agawam-based Microtest Labs, a leader in testing services and contract manufacturing for the medical device, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology industries. The custom-designed interior of the new facility provides Microtest with climate-controlled areas for expanded stability testing services and a packaging laboratory. The leasing, design, and interior construction was completed by local developer Development Associates, marking the 5th and final project of the first phase of the Suffield Street Industrial Park.
