Development Associates has been fully approved to construct an 80,000 s/f, 4-story, class A office building

The professional office buildings from Phases 1 & 2 were constructed by R. P. Masiello, Inc. of Boylston, Mass. and are managed by Development Associates. Development Associates also acted as project/construction managers for the entire 75,000 s/f of interior buildouts for all of its tenants. The approved building is currently pre-leasing space ahead of the anticipated start.
