DTZ completed the sale of 4 & 8 Technology Dr., on behalf of Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management. Ferris Development Co. purchased the two building campus for $24.5 million. The property is located adjacent to Rte. 9 less than two miles from the Mass. Pike in the Westborough Technology Park and consists of two class A office/R&D buildings totaling 222,000 s/f.
