Dettenrieder named director of finance at Delphi Construction

Waltham, MA According to Delphi Construction president, Keith Shaw, Lindsay Dettenrieder has been promoted to the role of director of finance at the multi-market construction management firm. Dettenrieder joined the company in 2018 and served as Delphi’s controller prior to being asked to join the executive team.

“We could not be more pleased to officially welcome Lindsay to Delphi’s executive team. She has more than distinguished herself as a leader, not only in the work she has done here at Delphi but throughout her career on the financial side of construction. We know that her commitment to business performance leadership, on both the project and company level, will continue to bring increasing benefit to our organization, to our clients and to all project stakeholders,” Shaw said.

Dettenrieder brings more than 15 years of construction industry experience to the director of finance role, having held positions with other construction leaders including Shawmut, Trinity and Tocci.

In addition to overseeing internal financial operations and external banking, insurance and bonding processes, Dettenrieder will also play a key role on the human resources side with overall responsibility for management of the company’s H.R. policies and benefits as well as spearheading talent acquisition and hiring.
