DeStefano & Associates, Inc. works on projects

Portsmouth, NH DeStefano & Associates, Inc., (DAI) has started the interior renovation of an existing 8,000 s/f clubhouse amenity building located at a residential complex in Manchester, NH. Designed by SV Design Architects, primary renovation includes relocating the fitness room with the club room and creating a co-work space. Scope of work includes demo, finish carpentry, cabinets and counters, framing/drywall, flooring, painting, wallcovering, sprinkler, plumbing, mechanical and electrical.

DAI has also started the construction of a new 2,500 s/f building for Starbucks on Mast Rd. and Abingdon Way in Goffstown, N.H. Reitan Architects, LLC is the architect. 

DAI has also started the ground up construction of a 15,000 s/f building for Indian Motorcycle in North Hampton, N.H. This is a three-story steel-framed building with a full basement. Amoskeag Architectural Group is the architect.

DAI has completed a 110,000 s/f warehouse addition for Stonewall Kitchen in Dover, N.H., bringing the total warehouse size to 265,000 s/f. JSN Associates was the architect/engineer.
