DeStefano & Associates, Inc. begins and completes multiple projects in New England

Aroma Joe’s, 270 Lafayette Road - Seabrook, NH

Portsmouth, NH DeStefano & Associates, Inc. (DAI) has begun and completed multiple projects across New England. The projects include the following:

• 465 Ocean Blvd., Hampton, NH - DAI has started construction of a new ground up, five-story building with eight luxury condos over a parking garage on Hampton Beach. THA Architects, LLC is the architect.

• 200 Merrimack St., Haverhill, MA - DAI has started construction in a historic building, on 200 Merrimack St. The project involves fit-up for two retail suites on the first floor and 20 apartments on three upper floors. DAI will be restoring the exterior with brick/brownstone repairs and new historic replacement windows. Stephen Fleshman Architect, LLC is the architect.

• Aroma Joe’s, Seabrook, NH - DAI has completed the construction of a new ground up 900 s/f Aroma Joe’s at 270 Lafayette Rd. DAI has now completed four Aroma Joe’s coffee shops. TK Architects was the architect.

• Dunkin Donuts, Limerick, ME - DAI has completed a new ground up, 1,200 s/f, Dunkin Donuts. The architect was Aharonian & Associates, Inc.

DAI provides planning, design and construction services for new, expansion and renovation projects in Maine, New Hampshire and Massachusetts.
