DeStefano and Scanlon of Colliers International represent Southern New Hampshire University in 40,000 s/f lease - Property owned by Brady Sullivan

Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU) expand to 1230 Elm St., also known as the Brady Sullivan Building. SNHU leased 40,000 s/f of the 4th and 5th floors for College for America (CfA). Jim DeStefano and Dan Scanlon of Colliers International represented the tenant. "Southern New Hampshire University is a popular university here in the city", said Charles Panasis, director of commercial real estate for Brady Sullivan Properties. "1230 Elm Street is a great location for them. It is close to their other campuses and right at the heart of downtown Manchester." 1230 Elm St. is a distinguished landmark building offering class A office space. The building features, three passenger elevators, granite lobby, parking garage, and advanced offers the most redundant data, telecommunications and power infrastructure available. Brady Sullivan owns over 3 million s/f of class A and industrial real estate in N.H., including several properties in Manchester The Plaza at 1000 Elm, Waumbec Mill Building at 250 Commercial St., Jefferson Mill at 670 N. Commercial St., The Brady Sullivan Tower at 1750 Elm, and R.G. Sullivan Building at 175 Canal St.
