DeRentis of Residential Properties Ltd. brokers $1.195 million sale

Providence, RI Sales associate Jim DeRentis of Residential Properties Ltd. (RPL), sold 165 Pratt St. in the College Hill-area of the city for $1.195 million. DeRentis is a member of RPL’s local office and was both the listing and selling agent for this transaction. 

According to MLS data, there have been 18 single-family sales of $1 million or more on the East Side this year. RPL has listed 13 of these and has represented 28 of the possible 36 sides on these transactions.

Built in 2000, this contemporary Prairie home has views of the capital, the fourth-largest self-supporting marble dome in the world. The downstairs area has a fully-equipped chef’s kitchen with a breakfast area where you can eat and enjoy the surrounding cityscape. Upstairs, a master suite has an ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet, and fireplace. The master suite also features deck to take in the sounds of the city on summer nights and relax. Downstairs, a guest bedroom provides an ensuite bathroom. 

When you want to experience the city and see the Capital up close, the home is only a short walk to Downtown where you can enjoy events like Waterfire or take in a movie at the Cable Car Cinema. 

The listing and selling agent was Jim DeRentis. A College Hill resident himself, DeRentis was a recipient of the 2016 Circle of Sales Excellence Platinum Plus Award and has been included on Real Trends’ list of “America’s Top Real Estate Agents.”
