Denton of NAI Hunneman brokers 8,300 s/f lease to Progressive Insurance at 43 Constitution Dr.

NAI Hunneman has brokered a 8,300 s/f new office lease to Progressive Insurance at 43 Constitution Dr. Progressive Insurance is relocating to its new location from Manchester. Chip Denton, senior vice president at NAI Hunneman, represented Progressive Insurance in the transaction. The landlord, Chris Riley of Riley Enterprises, represented himself. Formerly the New Hampshire corporate headquarters of IBM, 43 Constitution Dr. is a 64,400 s/f class A office building and offers an on-site café and showers. The property, which also has an onsite fitness facility and onsite common break rooms and recreational areas, is 100% leased. "It's a great location and our client is very pleased with their new space," said Denton. "The property is conveniently located near the intersection of I-293, Rtes. 101 and 114."
