Demakes and Carroll of Colliers Meredith & Grew handle 17,996 s/f lease
Rule|Boston Camera Rental has executed a new lease to relocate from its Watertown and Brighton locations, increasing the size of its existing facilities to 17,996 s/f at 1284 Soldiers Field Rd.
The Colliers Meredith & Grew team of Elias Demakes and John Carroll represented Rule|Boston Camera Rental in the transaction. The landlord, Harvard Real Estate, was represented by Peter Bekarian and John Osten of JLL.
1284 Soldiers Field Rd. is a one-story 33,206 s/f office building.
