DeLuca and Jacobs of Signature Group negotiate two leases totaling 7,000 s/f
Signature Group has negotiated two Fairfield County leases - one in Westport, the other in Stamford - totaling more than 7,000 s/f. A principal of the firm, Nick DeLuca, and vice president Mark Jacobs represented the tenants in both transactions.
* One Gorham Island, Westport
Eitzen Chemical, an international shipping company, signed a new lease for 3,284 s/f for its U.S. headquarters at One Gorham Island. The firm previously occupied different space in the building. DeLuca and Jacobs identified other space in the building configured to better suit the company's needs, saving the cost of relocation. Denean Pomorico of Nevas Real Estate represented the owner, Gorham Island Associates.
* 1111 Summer St., Stamford
Jacobs and Deluca negotiated a lease for 3,996 s/f for the offices of 1 to 1 Media, a division of Peppers & Rogers Group, a globally-recognized leader in customer-based strategies and relationship marketing. The company is moving from Norwalk to gain better access to New York City. Christian Bangert of RHYS represented the lessor BP Summer Trust.
