Delta to build 4,300 s/f restaurant at Legacy Pl.
Delta Design & Construction has been awarded a new restaurant project by The Aquitaine Group, a Boston based restaurant firm. This project is located at Legacy Place, a 675,000 s/f, open air retail plaza. Legacy Place will be open in August.
The project team for this 4,300 s/f build-out will be Niemitz Design Group, Inc. as the architect, Souza, True & Partners, Inc. as the structural engineer and CSI Engineering, LLC as the mechanical engineer.
Delta will complete this project in an 11 week schedule.
