Delphi Construction purchases new HQ and expands Cape Cod offices

Waltham, MA Multi market construction management and general contracting firm, Delphi Construction purchased a 26,000 s/f facility on Bear Hill Rd. that will serve as the company’s new headquarters. The facility will house Delphi’s area operations along with those of Delphi’s sister company, Properties, Inc., a building services company.

Delphi is also increasing its Cape Cod footprint with an expansion of the Mashpee office. Construction at that location has already begun. Delphi is reviewing final architectural plans for the Waltham location and expects those renovations to begin within the next two months.

Prior to acquiring this new property, Delphi had maintained multiple offices throughout the Waltham area. When completed, the consolidated office will enfold Delphi’s executive and senior management teams, project development and estimating departments, project management, accounting, human resources along with a host of related support staff.

The expanded Mashpee office will continue to be Delphi’s base of Cape Cod and South Coast operations with a full staff along with Delphi’s marketing department.

Keith Shaw, Delphi’s chief operating officer said, “We are very pleased to have secured this new building in Waltham and to be expanding our Mashpee office. Both are important to our overall strategic vision for the future and will allow us to better serve our clients throughout the region. The dramatically larger space will not only accommodate our growing staff but also greatly improve our efficiency.”

Delphi has been providing comprehensive, multi-market construction management services throughout New England since 1992 with a focus on the markets of healthcare, assisted living, affordable housing, multi-family residential, banking, religious, corporate, education and modular construction.
