Delisle of Island Associates Real Estate Inc. sells 13,000 s/f CVS site for $4.55 million - seller was 675 Hempstead Turnpike LLC

Watertown, CT Roger Delisle of Island Associates Real Estate Inc. negotiated and closed the purchase and sale of the property located at 26 Davis St. for a purchase price of $4.55 million.

The site is ground leased to CVS Pharmacy which occupies a 13,000 s/f building with a drive-thru on 1.7 acres.

The seller was 675 Hempstead Turnpike LLC, who is long-term client of Delisle’s. The buyer purchased this property as a replacement property under a 1031 exchange.  The seller was represented by Island Assocs. and the buyer was represented by Scalzo Commercial and New Development.
