Deering of ABG Commercial facilitates 6,000 s/f lease at 20 Winthrop Sq. to LAB Minds LLC
Boston, MA ABG Commercial Realty has completed a lease agreement between LAB Minds LLC, from Somerville, and A.W. Perry Inc., at 20 Winthrop Sq. Based in Cambridge, ABG’s vice president, Stephanie Deering, brokered the lease for the 6,000 s/f R&D/lab office space. Upon completion of the tenant build-out, the space will be ready for occupancy in April.
20 Winthrop Sq. is part of the city’s historic Financial District. Built in 1873 after Boston’s Great Fire, the building puts modern office space in an elegant “Olde Boston” setting. A National Register property, the building is known for its brick and limestone façade, following the curves of Franklin and Devonshire Sts.
Lab Minds is an award-winning lab automation robotics company with big growth plans. The move is pivotal to their growth plan.
