DCAMM and Zekos Group to auction off 34 acres in Chelmsford

Chelmsford, MA The Commonwealth of Massachusetts through the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) will hold a real estate auction of a 34-acre site on Friday, April 5, at 12:00 p.m. 

DCAMM is working to facilitate the sale with the Zekos Group Auctioneers and urges investors, developers and builders to avail themselves of this unique offering.  

The live auction features 255 Princeton St., the former University of Massachusetts Lowell West Campus. The site provides residential development opportunity.

Zekos Group president, Paul Zekos said, “We are pleased to offer this property to the highest bidder in a transparent process and encourage spirited participation.” 

Representatives at DCAMM welcome prospective bidders to invest in the town and make the site a part of the community.

Extensive information and event details are available at www.zekosgroup.com. The auction will be held at the town offices, located at 50 Billerica Rd.  

Bidders will be required to present positive identification and a deposit in the form of a bank check (treasurer’s, cashier’s, or certified) to qualify to bid.  Interested parties are urged to visit the Zekos Group website or contact them  with questions.
