The ceremony was attended by representatives of the town and the area Chamber of Commerce.

Designed with sustainability and wellness in mind, The Reserve at Burlington has been developed by The Davis Cos. in partnership with Principal Real Estate Investors. The Dolben Co., Inc. is serving as managing agent. First residents are expected to move in this month.

“We are proud to open our doors at The Reserve at Burlington, one of the most thoughtful and beautifully designed communities in Burlington,” said Chris Chandor, senior vice president of development at The Davis Cos. “The Reserve at Burlington represents a true collaboration between developer, architect, and the town and stands as a model for tying development goals back to the needs of the community.”

Located one mile from Lahey Hospital and Medical Center, and the Burlington Mall, The Reserve at Burlington consists of a mix of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes with access to in-building amenities designed to be both social and serene. Featured amenities include four elevated outdoor courtyards, a 24-hour fitness center with studio space, a resort-style pool with sundeck and cabana areas, a solarium with living wall and water feature, and a multitude of resident work and lounge spaces featuring billiard tables, access to a catering kitchen, and conference space. All 270 apartments at The Reserve have access to enclosed garage parking, located under the building.

The apartment homes feature upscale finishes, with kitchen islands, glass-enclosed showers, and oversized windows that flood the apartments with natural light.
