Davis of Trevor Davis Commercial Real Estate brokers 13,390 s/f in leases

Trevor Davis, CCIM of Trevor Davis Commercial Real Estate, LLC recently completed the following transactions: * Davis represented the landlord, 337-351 Main St., LLC to lease 6,000 s/f at 337 Main St. to LaBoca, Inc. 337 Main St. is the former Public Bar and Grill and is in the large building that was formerly the Bob's Stores headquarters in downtown. Davis was the sole broker in the transaction. * Davis leased 890 s/f at 670 Newfield St.(Rte. 3) to the U.S. Pain Foundation, leasing the last available space in this retail and office building. Davis was the sole broker in the transaction representing the landlord Ottavio & Letizia Monarca. * Davis leased 4,000 s/f to Caffrey's, LLC at 140-5 Main St. The landlord is Metro Square. Davis represented the tenant and RE/Max Market Place represented the landlord. * Davis leased 2,500 s/f of office space to Charles Computer Service at 98 Washington St., above the restaurant Luce.
