Davis, Bauer of Weichert Dunhill Comm'l. broker $675,000 sale

Tom Davis and Adam Bauer of Weichert Dunhill Commercial brokered the sale of 586-590 Main St. also known as the Roo Bar restaurant and 125th Street Clothing. The 4,000 s/f building will continue to be tenanted by the Roo Bar, a bistro style bar/nightclub and 125th Street Clothing, a retail urban apparel clothing store. The property was conveyed for $675,000 which includes the real estate only. Tom Davis, senior broker of Weichert Dunhill Commercial, represented owners Elaine Cohen and Madeline Fisher of Boynton Beach, Fla. and Plantation, Fla. Adam Bauer, senior broker at Weichert Dunhill Commercial, represented the buyer, 586 Main Realty Trust of Centerville. Daniel Creedon Esq, of Creedon & Early Law in Hyannis handled the closing on the property. The Hyannis bistro/nightclub known as the Roo Bar is currently available to purchase. Weichert Dunhill Commercial is the exclusive broker for the sale of the business.
