Davis and Roche of Roche Realty complete Graduate Realtor Institute and Certified Buyer Representative courses

Ashley Grant Davis and Chris Roche of Roche Realty Group, have recently completed the extensive Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) and Certified Buyer Representative (CBR) courses. The two designations were granted through the state association, meeting the standards set by the National Association of Realtors. GRI is one of the most widely recognized designations available to real estate professionals nationwide. The two designations culminated after successful completion of 19, day long courses covering a multitude of real estate topics, to enhance the professional's skills and knowledge of the Realtor. Davis grew up and resides in Gilford with her husband Tyler. She is a member of the Lakes Region, State of NH and National association of Realtors. Davis graduated from Colby-Sawyer College and is an accomplished equestrian enthusiast. She also enjoys snowboarding, road biking and water activities on Lake Winnipesaukee. Davis has a strong interest in real estate technology trends and advanced marketing. Ashley's outgoing personality; attention to detail and strong drive have contributed immensely to her success in the industry. Roche is a lifelong resident of the Lakes Region. He graduated from Plymouth State University, Magna Cum Lade in 2010 with a BS degree in Business, Marketing and Sales. He was a member of the National Honors Society and Presidents List. He represented the university at the National Collegiate Sales competition in Atlanta Georgia, where he placed among the top 20% of over 50 Universities participating. A master of technology, his outside interests include rock climbing, snowboarding, hiking and boating on Lake Winnipesaukee.
