Tom Davis and Richard Catania of The Business Exchange based in Hyannis brokered the sale and asset transfer of Cardoza's Wine & Spirits located at 6 Sconticut Neck Rd. Richard Catania represented the seller Fairhaven Beverage Company Inc., and Tom Davis represented the buyer. The sale of the Fairhaven location comes just weeks after Davis and Catania brokered the Cardoza's Wine & Spirits located at 154 Faunce Corner, North Dartmouth. The new proprietors plan to continue to run the stores under the Cardoza name. The Cardoza family have been in the liquor industry since 1933.
