Davenport finalizes leasing of comm'l. warehouse in So. Dennis
The new 10,000 s/f upscale industrial warehouse built by the Davenport Building Company on Bertram Ave. now has three companies leasing the five available bays. David Bisbee, vice president of Davenport Realty Trust, was the leasing agent for all three companies.
The new tenants are Glynn Electric, residential and commercial electricians; Cape Cod Custom Flooring, a carpet and kitchen flooring wholesaler; and Concord Electric, an electrical wholesaler who is leasing three bays.
According to Bisbee the company has six additional lots available for land lease or custom-building to a tenant's specifications. The lots are in the same wooded area near the Tony Kent arena, within ½ mile of Exit 6, making it very convenient for highway access. Finding the right location for a wide variety of businesses is part of the customized effort in which Davenport Realty Trust specializes. Since 1956, Davenport's team of commercial real estate brokers has helped local and regional business owners with the purchase, sales and leasing of commercial land and property on Cape Cod.
