Dartmouth Property Mgmt. signs three tenants at Knowledge Park

Marlborough, MA Dartmouth Property Management has signed new leases with three local companies and re-signed a current tenant for a combined 11,550 s/f of office space at the newly-rebranded Knowledge Park.

The new tenants include: SCS Building Maintenance, Inc., a professional cleaning company specializing in government and commercial janitorial services; Operica, a national temp labor recruiting firm focused on the manufacturing industry; and Colonial Power Group, Inc.

“We’re excited to welcome these new companies to Knowledge Park,” said principal of Dartmouth, Bob Macnamara. “Knowledge Park’s campus is the area’s premier destination for diverse, knowledge-based companies. We are building new lobbies and upgrading all of the common areas with WiFi, beverage bars and shared, state-of-the-art conference rooms. All of the improvements are designed to create modern work spaces demanded by today’s growing companies and their employees. Knowledge Park is centrally located and provides the areas best access to all of the region’s main arteries. We’re thrilled to have these companies doing business here.”

Currently located in Framingham, SCS Building Maintenance is leasing 1,750 s/f at 4 Mt. Royal Ave.

“Relocating to Knowledge Park has proved to be an exceptional decision and experience,” said Trevor Rhone, president and CEO of SCS. “Dartmouth Property Management, coupled with the expanding growth of the surrounding area, has been an ideal relationship and fit for SCS Building Maintenance, Inc.”

Colonial Power Group will occupy 2,900 s/f at 5 Mt. Royal Ave., while Operica, will take over 2,200 s/f at 4 Mt. Royal Ave.

In addition to its new tenants, IAR Systems Software, located at 2 Mt. Royal Ave., has signed a long-term lease extension.

Knowledge Park is a three-building campus located at 2, 4 and 5 Mt Royal Ave. totaling 161,300 s/f and is adjacent to the Rtes. 20 and 495 access ramps.

Working with the buildings’ owner CB Equities, Dartmouth is overseeing significant upgrades to the park, including upgraded entry facades; improved lobby areas and modernized tenant spaces; co-working, conference and fitness facilities; and new outdoor spaces including a patio area with firepit.

Dartmouth will also introduce “The Club,” a state-of-the-art gathering space that offers Knowledge Park tenants a functional place to work, relax and escape while sharing a coffee or drink with co-workers just steps from their office.

Current Knowledge Park tenants also include Kubotek USA, the Boy Scouts, Family Orthodontics and Wyebot.
