Dartmouth Property Management joins Atlantic Retail to create Atlantic Property Management

Boston, MA Dartmouth Property Management, a boutique, full-service commercial property management and advisory firm, has joined Atlantic Retail, a best-in-class leasing, capital markets and investment advisory firm, creating Atlantic Property Management. 

“Bringing the two companies together allows us to offer our client-partners a complete package of real estate service lines so they may take a 360-degree view of their real estate investments,” said Bryan Anderson, partner, Atlantic Retail. “The property management team takes an ownership approach to each assignment, which is a perfect fit for Atlantic’s philosophy of going above and beyond to deliver results and our commitment to being not just our clients’ brokers but trusted members of their teams.”

Atlantic now provides a fully integrated platform of real estate services: tenant & landlord brokerage, capital markets, and property management.
