Dartmouth Property Management adds three properties to its growing portfolio

660 & 720 Harrison Avenue - Boston, MA

Boston, MA Dartmouth Property Management (DPM) has been awarded three more property management assignments to round out the first quarter of 2022. The properties include 660 Harrison Ave., 720 Harrison Ave. and 151 Charles St.

660 & 720 Harrison Ave., medical office buildings totaling 130,000 s/f, are owned by BentallGreenOak, a global real estate investment, development and advisory firm currently spanning 13 countries and 27 cities.

“Being awarded the management of these medical office buildings not only continues to diversify our expansive platform but partnering with a global powerhouse like BentallGreenOak is a true honor,” said Chad Boulay, senior vice president for Dartmouth Property Management. “It’s great to be working with their Boston based team again.”

151 Charles Street - Boston, MA

151 Charles St., a mixed-use asset anchored by CVS Pharmacy, and includes seven residential units, was purchased in January by an international investment firm.

“This property adds another stellar mixed-use asset to our growing portfolio as we continue to diversify into residential management,” said Boulay. “Our client is such an amazing partner for Dartmouth.
