Danvers Savings finances $2.25 million sale of mini warehouse
George Vernet, trustee of Newbury St. Trust, has purchased the self-storage facility on Rte. 1 in Danvers. The six buildings total 30,600 s/f and house 185 drive-up self-storage units.
The site consists of 3.76 acres with 818 ft. of frontage on Rte. 1. The parcel is zoned industrial 1. The purchase price was $2.25 million. Financing was provided by Mark Terry, vice president of Danversbank.
