XOS Digital, Inc. has executed a new 19,235 s/f lease into a turnkey suite at 181 Ballardvale St. within Ballardvale Office Park. The firm is moving from Billerica.
Colliers International's North Suburban team of Matthew Daniels and Brian Tisbert represented XOS Digital. James Lipscomb of Richards Barry Joyce & Partners, LLC represented the landlord, Griffith Properties and joint venture partner, AEW Capital Management.

Built in 1983, 181 Ballardvale St. is a two-story, 105,665 s/f office building located
immediately off of I-93 near Rte. 128, 20 minutes from downtown Boston and the Logan Airport. The red-brick building features on-site management, a cafeteria, shower facilities, and reflective solar glass windows.
