Daniel Flynn & Co. sells 4.8 acres for $2.345m to Wells Landscaping
Dan Flynn of Daniel J. Flynn & Co. has sold the former Good Brothers Ford auto dealership site at 535 South Main St. The 4.8 acre property consists of 21,000 s/f showroom, offices and service bays. In addition, the sale also included a 1.4 acre lot directly across the street from the dealership property.
"So many people have bought cars here for generations that the property has become a landmark in the area. This is a clear example of how finding the right property can help any business grow," said Flynn.
The property was sold to Karl Wells of Wells Landscaping for $2.345 million.
