Dalton of DTZ FHO Partners reps. CGI Tech. in 37,695 s/f lease renewal

According to DTZ FHO Partners, a leader in the commercial real estate advisory services field with extensive experience in the greater Boston office market, CGI Technologies & Solutions, Inc. has agreed to renew 37,695 s/f of office space at 600 Federal St., which is owned and operated by Gale International and Mack-Cali Realty Corp. "CGI has been a satisfied, long-term tenant in the building and they are thrilled to continue their presence," said Michael Dalton of DTZ FHO. "Gale International and Mack-Cali Realty Corporation have been responsive to CGI's needs and continue to invest in the property to maintain a high level of service." CGI Technologies & Solutions, a division of CGI Group, is headquartered in Montreal Canada. They have occupied 600 Federal St. since 1999. This two-story, 115,572 s/f office building is situated at the I-93/River Rd. interchange, offering excellent highway access and close proximity to area amenities. 600 Federal St. is part of a seven building suburban portfolio purchased by Gale International and Mack-Cali Realty Corp. in 2006. The portfolio also includes 7 and 8 Oak Park Dr. in Bedford, Mass., 3 and 8 Federal St. in Billerica, Mass. and 300 and 800 Federal St. in Andover, Mass. Dalton, partner at DTZ FHO Partners, along with Henry Chapman of CB Richard Ellis, represented CGI Technologies & Solutions. The team of Matt Adams and Dave Pergola of Cushman & Wakefield represented the property owner, Gale International and Mack-Cali Realty Corp.
