Hartford, CT It is with great sadness that CCIM Institute shares the news of past CCIM Institute president Wayne D’Amico, CCIM, passing away on November 3 due to pancreatic cancer.

“Wayne was a great friend, an industry icon, as well as a great husband and father,” said CCIM Institute president Robin Webb, CCIM. “Please keep Betsy and their sons in your thoughts and prayers.”

D’Amico began his career as a commercial broker in 1989 and earned his CCIM designation in 1996. In 2002, he was elected to the CCIM board of directors. In 2011, D’Amico became CCIM Institute first vice president and subsequently became 2013 CCIM Institute president.
