Cyrier & Whitney of Re/Max Comm'l. broker 4,318 s/f $1.043 million sale

Edward Jones and REAL Relational Solutions have leased 2,800 s/f of professional office space at 754 Mass. Ave. 754 Mass. Ave. is located in Arlington Center and is a 4,318 s/f historic Victorian office property that was purchased by Tony Vorlicek of 754 Mass Ave, LLC on September 21 for $1.043 million in a sale by sealed bid held by Re/Max Commercial. The new tenants, which were packaged in the sale, as well as the buyer were attracted to the site by its high profile, historic appeal and visibility as well as its central location. Jeremy Cyrier and Paul Whitney represented the landlord and seller, Benn Theodore, Inc. and procured REAL Relational Solutions, while Edward Jones was represented by J. Blacker of Denenberg Realty Advisors.
