Cyrier, Villanueva and Saunier of MANSARD complete $2.5 million sale

Burlington, MA MANSARD has completed the $2.5 million sale of 15 Wall St. Originally developed in the 1950s by Harold Donahue, 15 Wall St. has been home to Donahues Furniture for over 6 decades. The 11,215 s/f single story flex building received strong interest from the market and with multiple offers, culminated in a sale to Winn Street Services.

MANSARD offered the property for sale and generated completing bids within 60 days of hitting the market. The property was placed under agreement and culminated in a $223 per s/f sale price 180 days later.

Jeremy Cyrier, CCIM, Leo Villanueva and Taylor Saunier represented the Donahue family in the disposition and procured Winn Street Services as the buyer.
