Cyrier and Maker of MANSARD complete $1.1 million sale of a mixed-use property

Reading, MA Jeremy Cyrier, CCIM and David Maker of MANSARD represented GWT Haven Realty in the purchase of a mixed-use property at 281 Main St. (Rte. 28).

The former Reading Motor Cars property has changed hands for $1.1 million, more than double the $450,000 it last sold for in April 2011.

GWT Haven Realty financed the deal using a $936,000 loan from Lowell Five Cent Savings Bank.

The seller of the retail space at 281 Main St., a 3,600 s/f building on 33,100 s/f of land, was acquired from Go Green LLC, an entity managed by Daniel T. Enxing.
