Scott Cutler, a Realtor/sales associate with RE/MAX Andrew Realty Service, recently completed the leases for two Mystic Ave. properties. 77 Mystic Ave., owned by S & S Mystic Avenue Realty Trust, is a 2 story free standing building with 3,872 s/f of office space and was leased to Bretta & Grimaldi, P.A. Attorneys at Law. 241B Mystic Ave., owned by William E. McCarthy Realty Corp., also a free standing building, containing 1,000 s/f of office space and 2,200 s/f of warehouse/garage space, was leased to Milhench Supply, Inc., a distributor of paper products, packaging supplies, and janitorial products to the commercial marketplace.
