Cushman & Wakefield’s CT office arranges 100,968 s/f lease expansion and extension to Yale New Haven Health and North East Medical Group

Stratford, CT Cushman & Wakefield’s Connecticut office arranged a ten-year lease expansion and extension totaling 100,968 s/f for Yale New Haven Health (YNHH) and North East Medical Group (NEMG) at 99 Hawley Lane.

Jay Hruska, vice chairman of Cushman & Wakefield led the leasing efforts on behalf of the tenants, while the building owner, Mountain Development, was represented in-house by Joseph Coci.

Connecticut’s leading healthcare system, YNHH and NEMG, a not-for-profit multi-specialty medical foundation, will house multiple office and support functions at this location. The lease represents the continual growth and consolidation of the healthcare industry in the marketplace.

99 Hawley Lane, also known as Merritt 8 Corporate Park, is a class A office building with recently renovated common areas. The building offers full service amenities including a cafeteria, corporate conference center, fitness center, lobby concierge, structure parking and landscaped grounds. The property is accessible via the Merritt Parkway.
