Cushman & Wakefield subleases 21,257 s/f to Korn Ferry in Boston

Boston, MA According to Cushman & Wakefield, Korn Ferry, one of the world’s largest talent management firms, has subleased Cushman & Wakefield’s 21,257 s/f former office at One International Place.

“We are growing so rapidly, both organically and through the recent acquisitions of Hay Group, PDI-Ninth House, Global Novations and Pivot Leadership, that it’s time to bring all of our 120 Boston-based colleagues together in the same space,” said Bob Sullivan, managing partner at Korn Ferry. “With Boston being home to an impressive list of organizations and some of the country’s most talented executives, we will be better able to service our clients and help drive growth through integrated talent acquisition and talent management solutions.”

Cushman & Wakefield executive managing director Glenn Verrette and senior vice president Lauria Brennan represented Cushman & Wakefield, while executive managing director Peter Farnum and associate Margaret Power represented Korn Ferry.

Downtown Boston is a bustling business center mixed with culture, history, restaurants and office buildings. The area has close proximity to the Seaport as well as interstates 90 and 93, making it extremely accessible for commuters. Built in 1987, One International is Boston’s sixth-tallest building, standing 600 feet tall and housing 46 floors. The building is very prominent in the city’s skyline, particularly when viewed from Boston Harbor. The building has three separate elements. These consist of the central tower itself, as well as two smaller towers. One International Place is connected to Two International Place by a central dome and winter garden.

“One International Place provided Cushman & Wakefield an excellent business environment, offering easy access to all of our clients and sweeping views of the Boston Harbor and the Seaport,” Verrette said. “I am confident that this space will serve Korn Ferry well and allow them to continue to flourish in the city’s premiere office tower.”
