Cushman & Wakefield signs two new tenants at Lee Farm Corporate Park

According to Cushman & Wakefield, two new deals were signed at Lee Farm Corporate Park (83 Wooster Heights Rd.). With the addition of two new tenants, occupancy at Lee Farm has increased to 86%. Sigmund Software, a leader in electronic health record software specializing in psychiatric, behavioral health and addiction treatment facilities, leased 10,004 s/f; and Concentrix, a global service and technology provider, leased 2,776 s/f. Sigmund Software is relocating from 2505 Carmel Ave. in Brewster, N.Y., while Concentrix is establishing its first Connecticut office. "Sigmund Software is pleased to be joining the family of successful enterprises at Lee Farm," Harry Manesis, chief operating officer, Sigmund Software, LLC, said. "Our move signifies our growth, our success in the marketplace and our mission to continue to build on our successes. We are looking forward to utilizing the space to provide a facility that will allow for the expansion of our company, provide the best work environment for our employees, as well as a world-class corporate space where we can better host our clients for training, product launches, client meetings and collaborative project development." As the exclusive leasing agent, Cushman & Wakefield's Meredith Siburn, director, represented the landlord, Lee Farm Partners, LLC, a joint-venture between Summit Development of Southport, Conn. and the Grossman Companies of Quincy, Mass. Sigmund Software was represented Sam Finnerman, principal, Hudson Commercial Real Estate and Concentrix was represented by Jeffrey Williams, executive managing director and Hollis Pugh, associate, Colliers International. "We are pleased to welcome Sigmund Software and Concentrix to Lee Farm," Cushman & Wakefield's Meredith Siburn said. "It's always exciting to bring new business from New York to Danbury. Both are incredibly dynamic companies and are a welcome addition to our prestigious and well-rounded tenant roster that includes General Electric, Lenovo and IMS Health." Since becoming Lee Farm's exclusive leasing agent, Cushman & Wakefield has attracted several prominent new tenants that have yielded a 26% increase in its occupancy rate and more than 57,000 s/f of new leases. "The work we put into Lee Farm Corporate Park in the 14 months since we took over the property has certainly paid off," Felix Charney, principal of Summit Development said.
