Cushman & Wakefield signs two new tenants at 750 East Main St.
Cushman & Wakefield signed two new leases at the newly renovated 750 East Main St., a 103,000 s/f Class A office building in downtown Stamford.
Home Service USA, provider of managed home emergency repair programs, leased 7,681 s/f on the eighth floor of the 11-story building for a seven-year term. This is a new office location for the Miami-based company.
The investment banking firm Laidlaw & Company leased 5,620 s/f on the fifth floor for a 10-year term. This is a new office location for the New York City-based firm.
?Both Home Service USA and Laidlaw & Company will occupy the building by year-end.??

750 East Main St. is now 50% leased with approximately 45,000 s/f remaining available. There are contiguous blocks of space available on floors 8 though 10, which can be subdivided starting at 3,500 s/f.
