Cushman & Wakefield negotiate $4.775 million sale for STAG II Amesbury

According to Cushman & Wakefield, 37 South Hunt Rd. was sold to 37 South Hunt Road LLC for $4.775 million. Cushman & Wakefield's senior directors Richard Ruggiero, Torin Taylor and Matt Adams, and senior associates Rory Walsh represented the seller STAG II Amesbury, and procured the buyer. 37 South Hunt Rd. will be occupied by ARC Technologies. The company will use the facility for manufacturing and operations support. ARC is a leading supplier of microwave-related products. "Amesbury can be a pretty quiet part of the I-495 north submarket," said Ruggiero. "We were fortunate that we had a strong product to market, and we able identify and secure an appropriate buyer with the means to close quickly." 37 South Hunt Rd. is a 78,040-s/f office/ manufacturing facility located a half-mile from I-495 and two miles from I-95. The property was built in 1999 by Bartley RF Systems for the manufacturing and sales of communications equipment.
