Cushman & Wakefield named leasing agent for CenTech Park North
According to Cushman & Wakefield the Shrewsbury Development Corp., acting on behalf of the Town of Shrewsbury, has awarded the team of Cushman & Wakefield's executive director JR McDonald and associate Stephen Woelfel with the sales and/or leasing assignment of CenTech Park North, a 60 acre land parcel.
The former Allen property site is zoned as office/research and flexible overlay. The development parcel has the capacity for up to 600,000 s/f of space.

"With a healthy stable of corporate neighbors and a strong commitment from Shrewsbury to help businesses succeed at CenTech Park North, we believe that this site will serve as the basis for future high-tech growth for the region."
