Cushman & Wakefield handles 11,838 s/f lease to FareHarbor

Needham, MA According to The Davis Companies, FareHarbor has leased 11,838 s/f of office space at 115 Fourth Ave. Located 20 minutes from Boston off Rte. 128 (I-95), the newly renovated Fourth Ave. property is a boutique office and lab building that is close to walking trails along the Charles River and provides access to the Highland Ave./Needham St. retail district. Tenants can also take advantage of health and wellness recreational activities nearby, such as canoeing or kayaking at Nahanton Park across the river. The property features onsite parking and has been transformed by the addition of building features and upgrades, including a new tenant lounge with TVs, seating, a LeanBox and a Bevi station, as well as a new fitness center and outdoor patio.

Cushman & Wakefield’s team of Rob Byrne, Elizabeth Swanson and Ross Gaudet represented the landlord, DIV Needham 115 LLC, an affiliate of The Davis Companies and Marcus Partners. Richard Levine of CBRE, Inc. represented the tenant.

“Needham is an attractive market for office and lab space today more than ever due to its Rte. 128 access and its proximity to desirable work, play and living spaces.” said Matt Katz, vice president of asset management at The Davis Companies. “With growing retail, restaurant and recreation options, the location offers so much to our tenants and their employees, with the recent upgrades to the property completing the package.”

“We’re thrilled to see FareHarbor choose 115 Fourth Ave. as its new home,” said Rob Byrne, managing director at Cushman & Wakefield. “FareHarbor joins fellow tenants Cantel Medical, BioPorto and Syniti (formerly known as Back Office Associates). In its premier location, this building is extremely desirable for the tenants’ employees and clients.”
