Cushman & Wakefield brokers $10 million sale of Battle Green Apartments

The Hamilton Company based in Brighton has paid $10 million for a 48-unit apartment complex near the historic village green in Lexington. The Hamilton Co., a veteran investor and property manager in New England's multifamily real estate market, acquired the Battle Green Apartments from an affiliate of Boston Residential Group. Built in 1965, the Battle Green apartment complex is situated on 4.11 acres and features 6 two-story buildings. The transaction was brokered by Cushman & Wakefield's multifamily capital markets team of Simon Butler, Biria St. John, Michael Byrne and John McLaughlin. The Cushman team represented Boston Residential Group and procured The Hamilton Co. as a buyer.
