Cushman & Wakefield arranges 260,150 s/f lease for Martignetti Cos.

Taunton, MA Cushman & Wakefield has arranged a 260,150 s/f lease for Ferguson Plumbing Supply at the Taunton Trade Center located at 300 Charles F. Colton Rd.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Phillip Verre, Rob Byrne, Pete Whoriskey and Paul Leone represented the landlord, Martignetti Companies, in the transaction. The tenant was represented by CBRE.

“We are thrilled to welcome Ferguson Plumbing Supply to the newly delivered Taunton Trade Center, one of the largest construction projects to be completed within the 810-acre Myles Standish Industrial Park,” said Verre. “The outstanding project team consisting of Ware Malcomb, Commercial Construction Consulting (C3) and Suffolk Construction delivered an exceptional, state-of-the-art industrial development in under 12 months from groundbreaking in order to meet tenant demand, which has continued to increase from local, regional and national users.”

The Taunton Trade Center is a speculative industrial development consisting of 584,640 s/f of class A high-bay distribution and warehouse space. The asset features 112 loading docks with cross-dock capabilities, 40 ft. clear ceiling heights, 132 trailer drops, eight-inch Ductilecrete specialty floor slab increasing a user’s cubic square footage by 25% compared to other new construction in the market and 546 parking spaces. 

The property is located near I-495 and I-95 providing access to the surrounding Massachusetts and Rhode Island areas.
