Cushman & Wakefield arranges $15 million sale of 26-unit community

16 Laurel Street - Everett, MA

Everett, MA Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the sale of a newly constructed 26-unit multifamily apartment community located at 16 Laurel St. The final sale price was $15 million.

A Cushman & Wakefield team of Jon Bryant, Chris Sower, Bruce Lusa, John Flaherty and Kevin Jones represented the seller, DV Partners LLC. The asset was acquired by 16 Laurel LLC.

“DV Partners did a phenomenal job creating the ideal product that investors are looking to acquire today in a submarket that is quickly becoming one of the most attractive rental markets in Greater Boston,” said Bryant.

16 Laurel St. is a luxury multifamily asset consisting of four one-bedroom and 22 two-bedroom units. Units feature open floor plans with abundant closet space, in-unit washer/dryers, central A/C, hardwood floors, stainless-steel appliances and elevators, as well as covered garage parking.

Designed and centrally located, the property is four miles from downtown Boston and less than a mile away from Encore Boston Harbor Resort and Casino, one of Greater Boston’s largest employers.
