Curley of O'Brien Commercial Properties handles 5,226 s/f lease
DigiLab, Inc has acquired a subleased of 5,226 s/f at 100 Locke Dr. David Curley, a senior associate at O'Brien Commercial Properties represented the tenant, Digilab, Inc in the transaction. New Dover Associates, Inc represented the sublandlord, Data Translations, Inc. DigiLab, Inc provides imaginative, value adding solutions for scientific discovery in life science, analytical chemistry and diagnostic markets.
Also, Family Lives Inc. has bought 36 West Main St., Westborough. Curley resented the buyer in the transaction. The Gosselin Group, Inc represented the seller. Family Lives, Inc provides professional, reliable, competent and compassionate home health care services to people who have complex health care challenges.
