David Curley of O'Brien Commercial Properties recently sold a 5,018 s/f office building at 71 Fisher St. for $450,000. Curley represented the seller, Avidia Bank in the transaction. Curley also procured the buyer for the property, Michael Murphy of Murphy Insurance Agency. The property is currently 100% leased to Global Distribution.
O'Brien Commercial was the sole broker of record in this transaction.
