Cummings Properties leases 4,000 s/f to DMSE Sports

Alan McGillivray, who handles corporate matters for DMSE Sports, Inc., worked directly with Cummings Properties' leasing officer Mike Truesdale to negotiate a lease for 4,000 s/f at 10-D Roessler Rd. DMSE was headquartered at a Cummings building on Olympia Ave. in the 1990s, and leased a second property from the firm for additional storage needs. DMSE president Dave McGillivray subsequently moved the business to Middleton to be closer to home, but is looking forward to the return to the city. According to McGillivray, "The Roessler Rd. location, right on Rte. 128, is very convenient. Cummings had the combination of office and warehouse that we needed, as well as opportunities for future expansion."
