Cullen joins Colliers International as research director

Sean Cullen, Colliers International Group Inc.

Stamford, CT Sean Cullen has joined Colliers International Group Inc. as director of research in the global commercial real estate services firm’s Stamford office. A local resident, Cullen is focused on tracking and analyzing regional office statistics, producing quarterly market reports, and assisting the company’s brokerage professionals with business development and client service; he also specializes in property valuation.

Cullen brings more than seven years of related experience to his new position. Previously, he served as the eastern region team lead for CBRE, where he supervised 100 research professionals and was responsible for developing, maintaining and analyzing critical market data for 400 brokers.

He also contributed to business development, client projects and custom analyses for national and global clientele.
