CT CCIM Chapter tees up annual awards event April 25

Wallingford, CT April 12, 2024 - The CCIM Connecticut Chapter will host “Tee Up for Deals” the Chapter’s annual awards and networking event on April 25th at 5:30 p.m. The event will be held at Back 9 Social, CT’s premier virtual golf lounge, located at 805 N. Colony Rd. 

The event is open to all commercial real estate and affiliated professionals. The chapter will recognize their Top Deal Makers of 2023, with awards to be given out in the following categories:

• Office sale

• Office lease

• Industrial sale

• Multifamily sale

• Land/Development sale

• Land lease

• Retail lease

• Retail sale

In addition to the awards presentation, attendees will have the opportunity for networking with industry peers and testing their skills on the virtual golf simulators while savoring delicious casual fare and refreshments.
